I came to Canada with no money in my pocket and no family as my foundation. I had my health and my dreams and that was good enough for me. I met my stunning wife Rosa and we had four beautiful children. I would always tell them that I could open up a pasta house with just one pot and a stove. Twenty years later, I opened up Ennio's Pasta House with two pots, two pans, one strainer and a stove.
I would like to thank everyone for many years of loyalty that you have all shown. I hope to bring you more authentic Italian cooking that my children and I grew up with. Never give up on your dreams and always have hope. There will be hard times in life, and the path to happiness will not be easy. My advice is to eat well, Drink well, and Smile.
